Saturday Team WOD Warm up: 10 Lunging Pass-thrus 10 Wall Climbs 10 Wall Squats 10 Scapula Pullups Run 400m Mobility: Couch Stretch (1-min per side) KB on shoulder (2-min per side) First: 5-minutes max calories per team Partner A pulls 15 strokes, Partner B rests Then: Team FrAnnie 21-15-9 Thrusters 95/65 Pullups 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders Abmat Situps Partner A completes 21 thrusters while B rests, then Partner B completes 21 thrusters while A rests.
