Wed 6pm Midcity or Friday 5:30pm Uptown
Sat 11am Midcity
Sun 10am Midcity (active recovery 11:30am Midcity)
a) Row 750 easy/250 fast
Strength: Front Squat
If you did front squat last month, continue with your progression: 5, 5, 5+
If did not, do your "test" set of 8-10 reps
7 min AMRAP
15 Push Press 95/65lb
Rest 5 min exactly
Run 1 mile
