Warm up:
Run 400m
1 length centipede w/pushup
20 Banded side steps/ each way
20 banded good mornings
10 toes to bar

Mobility:

Strength: Deadlift
Using 90% of 1 rm
ADV: Wendler 5-5-5+ @ 65%, 75%, 85%
BEG: 3x5 @ 75% of 1 RM Use same weight for ENTIRE working set

WOD: 
21-15-9
Push Press 95/65lb
Box Jump 24/20"

Are long socks effective to prevent bloody deadlift shins? Or is the result just bloody socks?
