Warm up: 250m Row 8 Turkish get-ups Mobility Strength/Skill: Strict pull-ups 3 x 12, resting 90 seconds between sets INT - 3 x 10 partner assisted BEG - 3 x 8 partner assisted WOD: 21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 Goblet squat (1.5/1 pood) V - Ups KB Swings (1.5/1) Many thanks to Dr. Ben and Brent for their awesome presentation Sunday morning on Injury Prevention. They will soon be coming in once a month, most likely on a Saturday, to share their a.r.t. skills. Be on the lookout for a sign up sheet as I'm sure they will be in high demand!
