There are no evening classes at uptown tonight, only 5:30 and 6:30 pm at Midcity, everyone is welcome to sign up and go to midcity.
Barbells for Boobs car pool will be leaving at 5 pm from uptown and 5 pm from midcity, get there early, we will probably get caught in traffic

9 jump squats
GOAT - choose a skill and do 1-3 reps EMOM
Squat clean and jerk (185/120lbs)
Muscle-ups (sub 1 pull-up + 1 dip)
