Warm Up: 2 rounds 200m Run 10 Jump Squats 20 Pass Thrus Mobility: Strength: Thruster 3x5 If last week was successful, go up 5lbs from last week. Partner WOD: 8 rounds (4 each) 250m Row AFAP 10 Unbroken Thrusters 95/65 Penalty: There will be a five burpee penalty to each partner at end of workout if the 10 thrusters are not done unbroken. Burpees will be included in time it takes to complete the WOD.

Crazy, check your math, each partner does a total of 55 thrusters (15 during the strength portion and 40 during WOD); only 10 more than Fran.

4 rounds each ... that's 40 thrusters per person in the WOD. Last week you did Fran after a thruster strength, which totals 5 fewer thrusters per person this week :)
