If uptown spots are filled, you are welcome to sign up and come to Midcity for 10 am wod. Also, open gym will follow uptown until about 1 pm. Warm Up 2 rounds 250m row 20 pass thrus 10 roll ups Mobility: shoulders and hips WOD In teams of 3, complete 2 rounds for time: 800m run 70 Wall Balls 20/14 60 Burpees 50 Thrusters 95/65 40 Box Jumps 24/20 30 Snatch 95/65 20 Pull Ups 10 Wall Climbs *except for the run, only one person works at a time *all teammates must finish the run before starting the wall balls *40-min cutoff Comments are closed.
