Warm Up 2 rounds 200m run 20 pass thrus 10 roll ups Mobility Couch stretch, wall squats, and shoulders WOD In teams of 4: Row 500m 200 Sit-ups 100 KB Swings 24/16 200 Double Unders 100 Overhead Squats 95/65 Row 500m *40-min cap *each teammate will complete the row relay style *all teammates will split the reps of the other movements *only 1 teammate may work at a time Comments are closed.
