WOD Superbowl SuperWOD Come in your favorite team's colors! In teams of 3-4, make your way down the field for as many touchdowns in the game: 10 100m shuttle sprints 20 OH Squats 95/65 30 Pull-ups 40 Wallballs 20/14 50 Bar-facing Burpees 40 Front Squats 95/65 30 Box Jumps 24/20 20 Thrusters 95/65 10 100m row sprints *Only one teammate works at a time *8-min quarters, with 2 mins rest between 1&3 and 4 mins rest at halftime Comments are closed.
