15 good mornings
10 wall squats
WOD: In teams of 4-5
12-min max calorie row, switch every 20 pulls
10-min max wall ball shots, switch every 15 throws
8-min max jump squats with bar, switch every 10 jump squats
6-min max burpees, switch every 5 burpees
** one teammate works at a time
** one rower per team
** no more than two bars/balls per team
