Saturday Schedule
9:00 am - Uptown - Free Intro 10:00 am - Uptown - Group Class 10:00 am - Midcity - Group Class 11:10 am - Midcity - 13.2 Workout Standards 11:25 am - Heat 1 (judges for later heats) 11:42 am - Heat 2 12:00 am - Heat 3 12:17 am - Heat 4 12:30 am - Heat 5 12:47 am - Heat 6 (if necessary) Dr. Ben and All American Chiropractic will be there to work on athletes before or after your heats! Competitors, when you get to the gym, sign up for your heat. We will try and remain on this schedule as close as possible. Most of heat 1 will be coaches and other judges so they can judge the later heats 10 am class Warm Up- Run 400 or Row 500 then 3 rounds 10 pass throughs 10 overhead squats 7 push press with barbell 7 banded good mornings WOD: 13.2 Comments are closed.
