Don't forget to sign up on Mindbody for the Whole Life Challenge finals tonight between 5- 7 pm if you are unable to attend Saturday! Finals will be held at Midcity! On Saturday We will be doing a little grilling afterward, go ahead and bring your favorite WLC compliant, or non-compliant foods. Warm up: Row 250m easy then 250m fast w/o straps 15 wall squats Mobility Strength/Skill: Back Squat 1 x 5 @ 80% 2 x 3 @ 85% 3 x 1 @ 90% (rest 90-120 sec between sets) WOD: 5 rounds for time 5 front squats 205/125 lb or 70% of 1RM, whichever is less 10 box jumps 24/20 in
