9 am Midcity - Free Intro, Gymnastics Class and Competitors Class 10 am Midcity and Uptown - Group Class 11 am - 1 pm - Midcity - Open gym Saturday 10am WOD Warm up: 400m run Then 2 rounds: 1 length caterpillar with push-up 20 pass thrus 10 wall squats Dead bugs Mobility WOD: In teams of 4, complete for time: Row 500m each 400 double-unders (x2 singles) 300 Box Jumps 24/20 200 Jump Squats 45/33 100 KB SDHP Row 500m each **only one person works at a time ** only one rower per team
