9 am - Uptown - free intro class 9 am - Midcity - Gymnastics Class, Competitors Class, Fundamentals Make Up Class 10 am - Uptown and Midcity - Group Class 11 am - Midcity - Powerlifting Fundamentals, Open Gym will last until about 1 pm or so Saturday 10am Class Warm up Run 800m, then 2 rounds of: 20 lunging pass thrus 15 jump squats 10 wall squats 5 scap pull-ups Mobility WOD: in teams of 3, AMRAP 25:20 15 walking lunges 45/25 10 thrusters 95/65 5 over the bar Burpees **There is always one partner working, one partner resting, and one partner running 400m.
