Run Club, 630pm, uptown: Learn how to run with good technique. You do not need to be an experienced runner to join in! Also, note that a new open gym time has been added! Between the last morning class and the noon WOD, there will be open gym for members to come work independently! (with a coach present) Warm up:3 rounds 1min singles 5 split squats w/ rear foot elevated per leg 10 pass thrus Mobility Strength/Skill: 2 hang squat clean + 1 push jerk OTM for 10:00 @ 73% of limiting factor WOD: 3 RFT 20 wall balls (20/14lb) 20 Russian KB swings (32/24kg)
