Warm-up: 2x: Run 200m, 10 Paused Goblet Squats, 10 Roll-ups (not the TTB sub kind)
Mobility: Hip Openers (pigeon or giving birth against the wall)
Strength: Squat Clean Progression: 10min EMOM: 2 Clean Pulls from the ground + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat (80% 1RM,Hang Clean, cap of 215lbs)
WOD: 7:00 AMRAP burpees, touch 6" target to complete each burpee
