SWIMMING WOD!!!
Are you interested in doing a WOD that incorporates swimming now that you’ve seen it on the Crossfit Games? If so, Coach Jackson is going to host a Swimming WOD at the UNO Aquatic Center on Sat. Oct 5, 2014 at 10am. Below are the details. Please reply to this post to let Jackson know whether or not you’re interested in joining.
Tuesday Warm up: 2 rounds Row 250m 10 Scap Pull-ups 10 No Push-up Burpees Mobility Strength/Skill: 3 sets of 6 Weighted/BW/Banded Push-ups, alternating with 3 sets of 6 Supine Ring Rows (Tempo of Ring Rows is 1111) WOD: 15min AMRAP Run 400 Max UB Pull-ups or Push-ups Rest 2 min **can only do pull-ups if you can do kipping pull-ups without a band, otherwise do push-ups** Score is total reps pull-ups or push-ups
