The Aquatic WOD was amazing! Thank so much Jackson for starting this and I am very hopeful that CrossFit continue this. I think it will gain a lot of popularity. I thin every class member enjoyed this. Please consider Sunday as an alternate day for this as well (7 days of WODS would be awesome.) I know the director at Tulane's Reilly center if you want location options

Ya, Swim WOD was awesome! My body feels so much better after a swim and it was fun to mix in other exercises. Thanks, Jackson!
