SWIM WOD - Please sign in on MindBody
  • Date: Saturday October 5, 2014
  • Time: 10am
  • Location: UNO Aquatic Center http://aquaticcenter.uno.edu/directions.htm (Let's meet at the indoor pool. I've never been here: I'll make sure to wear a CF NOLA shirt. Find my pic on the coaches section of the website if you need a visual.)
  • Cost: $2 entry fee to UNO
  • What to bring: Swimsuit, Towel, Goggles suggested, Drinking Water
  • ***Must know how to swim. This is not a swimming lesson.

Thursday

Warm up:
2 rounds
Run 200m
10 Paused Goblet Squats
10 Roll-ups

Mobility

Strength/Skill:
Find 1RM Hang Squat Clean

WOD:
Tabata Air Squats (:20 on, :10 off 8x)
Rest 1 min

The Aquatic WOD was amazing! Thank so much Jackson for starting this and I am very hopeful that CrossFit continue this. I think it will gain a lot of popularity. I thin every class member enjoyed this. Please consider Sunday as an alternate day for this as well (7 days of WODS would be awesome.) I know the director at Tulane's Reilly center if you want location options

Ya, Swim WOD was awesome! My body feels so much better after a swim and it was fun to mix in other exercises. Thanks, Jackson!

Also, Saturday or Sunday would be great and Tulane pool would be great (closer...)
