Saturday Schedule

Uptown: 9 am and 10 am Group Class

Midcity: 10 am and 11 am Group Class

UNO Pool: 10 am class with Jackson cost is $2 to get in 

Group WOD

Warm Up
Run 400 or Row 500 m

3 rounds 
10 pass thoughs
10 wallballs
10 scapula push ups
10 scapula pull ups

WOD
Alternating with 1 or 2 partners for 12 or 18 rounds
100 m row sprint
8 box jump overs
6 push press (135/95)

Today's Swim WOD was great! Thanks to all who showed up; we had a full house!

Here's a rundown of what we did and how people fared in case you're interested in joining in the future. Of course, classes will vary from this one.

5 rds: 1 min tread water / :30 rest

WOD - 6 rds/person

P1) swim 50 meters
P2) 15 air squats + 15 pushups
(both partners must complete their work before they can alt tasks)

Michelle/Chris - 17:50
Scott/Tripp - 17:40
Dean/Rebecca/Lynn - 14:58
Marcelle/Ellis - 12:30
Mike/Taylor - 15:42

Swimming was great. Need to do this every Saturday. This was a very nice change and a great workout.

The class was awesome. Thanks Jackson for starting this. This was one of my favorite WODS and the partner wod was awesome. I hope Crossfit will consider having a class every Saturday (or Sunday which would be great - and we would have wods 7 days a week). I know the director at the Reilly Center - Tulane - if you want me to connect you for other location options.)

Thank you Jackson for a great swim WOD today. Amazing way to start a Saturday. Would love to be able to change it up by having 1-2 swim WODs a month!!
