Monday

There will be a Powerlifting Fundamentals Class tomorrow (Tues) at 7pm at 540 N Cortez, please sign up in MB and come if you are interested in signing up for Powerlifting classes in the future!

Warm up:
Run 400m
10 lunging Samson stretch (5 forward, 5 back)
10 side reaching lunges (5R/5L)
10 ring rows
10 kips

Mobility

Strength/Skill:
3 sets of 4-6 Strict Pullups; rest 2 mins between sets

WOD:
For Time
30 Wallballs 20/14
10 Hang Power Snatch 95/65lb
25 WB
10 HPS
20 WB
10 HPS
400m Run
