If you are interested in carpooling Saturday to the Deep south shootout, please comment in the box.
Volunteers need to be there at 7am so I would advise leaving from either gym at 6am.
The athlete briefing will be at 730 am with first workout at 830am so I would recommend making sure you arrive a little earlier!
Please comment whether you are willing to be a driver and what time and location you will be going from. Also, if you need a ride, comment in the box as well so we know how many people to accomodate!!

10 jump squats
15 scap push-ups
2 sets of 6 - 8 at a moderate weight
2 sets of 3 - 5 at a heavier weight
Rest 2-3 min between sets
3 x 800m Run
3 min rest between each
