Warm up:Run 400m 10 lunging Samson stretch (5 forward, 5 back) 10 side reaching lunges (5R/5L) 10 ring rows 10 kips Mobility Strength/Skill: 3 sets of 4-6 Strict Pull-ups (adding weight if needed) Rest 2 mins between sets WOD: 10 min EMOM 2 Power Snatch 95/65lb 3 burpees
