Run 400m, 10 Roll-ups (not the TTB sub kind) 10 Lunging Samson Stretches, 10 Side Lunges Skill: L-Sit/Tuck and Superman 10 min alternating EMOM, :15 and 10 Superman w/ 1 sec hold. L-sit and tuck WOD 3 rounds each: P1: Row 300m, P2: 1 arm at time DB/KB thrusters (alt arms every 5 reps), RX 35/25 Comments are closed.
