4 work sets of:
1 Strict Press + 3 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk
2-3 warm-up sets to get up to work weight
For max reps, with no break between exercises:
5 min ME burpees
3 min ME sit-ups
2 min ME Box Jumps (30/24, with step-down)
