For those of you who have not heard, we were selected to host open workout 14.3 at CrossFit NOLA Downtown. It will happen on March 13th at 7 pm, when two Games athletes do workout 14.3 in a nationally broadcast webstream. If you are interested in attending, CrossFit HQ will be handling ticketing and will be releasing a link for tickets in the future. We are setting up an email list to distribute the link to you guys.

5 min AMRAP
10 Wall Squats
Banded hip stretches
Tempo Overhead Squats from the rack (2 sec down, 2 sec pause, 2 sec up)
Warm-up with 1 set of 5 with empty bar, 1 set of 5 at moderate weight, then
3 work sets of 5 slightly heavier than last week
12 min EMOM
Even: 0:30 or 10 Burpees, whichever comes first
Odd: 5 Front Squats @ 60% of 1RM, from the ground
