Warm Up with a partner for 12 minutes:
While A rows for 3 minutes, B completes AMRAP:
10 lunging pass thrus
10 thrusters 45/33
10 scap pullups
Mobility: hips, shoulders, calves
WOD: In teams of 2 (scale to 3) for max reps at these stations:
1: A AMRAP push press 75/55 while B 10 back squats 75/55
2: A AMRAP double unders while B 15 KB Swings 24/16
3: A AMRAP box jumps 24/20 while B 10 pullups (scale to ring rows)
4: A AMRAP burpees while B runs 100m
**stations are 6 minutes each
**2 minutes in between stations to rotate/report score/rest
