Partner Rowing Intervals
P1 does 500m while P2 Rests/mobilizes, then switch.
Repeat for 20 minutes; can go over time to let second person accumulate an even number of rounds.
Try and match partners equally so work:rest is equal to 1:1. Goal is for pace to equal (or be 2-3 seconds below) 2k row pace.
EMOM for 10 min
Even - 5 Strict Pull-up OR 5 UB Kipping Pull-ups (no band) OR 10 UB kipping pull-ups (no band)
