Hi CrossFit NOLA Members-
We are very excited to announce that we are bringing WOD tracking to our box through, totalWOD.
We encourage everyone to download the app so that you can register for class, log your WOD scores, check out the leaderboard and lots more. We will be recording scores for every class, every member starting this week and want you to be able to participate. Below are a few materials to help you get started!
1. Download the App! You can find the iPhone version here, and the Android Version here.
2. Username & Password: We have already created an account for you, so you can use these credentials to log in as soon as you download the app. Your login is your MINDBODY email address. To make it easy, the password is the same for everyone: nola. Once you log in to your account, you can change your password at totalwod.com if you wish.
3. Give the App a Test Drive: This video walks through "how to use totalWOD" as a member. Check this out and let us know if you have any questions. https://vimeo.com/92431583/

6 min AMRAP:
10 scap push ups,
min Jump Rope practice
1 Length Lunging Samson Stretches
Every 3 min for a total of 3 sets:
10-12 Push-ups (Added weight, BW, or Banded),
Then 50m Farmers Carry AFAP
12 min AMRAP:
20 wall balls,
25 wall balls,
30 wall balls.
If you finish one round, you are done.
Can scale run to 400/200/100
