NEW CLASS SCHEDULE!!
530 am, Tuesday and Thursday, Downtown
Beginning the week of June 9th (next week) we will be canceling ALL 730am UPTOWN CLASSES. We will be adding 930 am UPTOWN everyday, Monday- Friday.
We are also adding an 830am Olympic Lifting class on Thursdays, 830am Uptown beginning June 12th.. It will be the same programming as the Wednesday Oly (cleans).
We are also beginning our planning of WOD WARS III, Feats of Strength, happening on July 4th, our intra-gym competition between Uptown, 504 and Downtown.
5 min AMRAP
10 Paused Goblet Squats, 10 Jump Squats
Every 3 min for a total of 5 sets (2 warm-up, work across for 3 sets): 3 Front Squats. Should be able to go heavier than tempo FS from last month. After each set of front squats, perform 3 high box jumps.
