630pm Running Endurance Class, Uptown
Warm up:2 rounds with light med ball (first two exercises with a partner)
5 chest passes/person
5 Rocky full twists/side per person
5 around the back circle per side
10 figure 8 between the legs each way
10 kick ups
then 3 EMOM 100m row sprints
Back squat 10 - 8 - 8 - 6
Add weight each set!
12 min AMRAP
8 DB row (4 each side/with heavy DBs!)
