The LSUHSC is coming to Uptown on Tuesday, Midcity on Saturday and Downtown on 8/26, and is looking for volunteers for a movement screening study. It is free and they are trying to see if they can predict injuries in CrossFit!
3 rounds of KB warm up w/light KB (12kg or less)
10 alternate 1 arm swings per arm
5 KB clean and press per arm
5 windmills per arm
5 OHS per arm
Then 3 rounds of 50 jump rope singles with 15 sec rest
Every 90 seconds for 7 sets
1 Clean from ground + 2 Hang Cleans (all squat cleans)
3 rounds for time
30 1-arm KB/DB Thruster (15 each arm) 16/12kg
