5 min KB/Burpee Warm up:
2 minutes of 30s on, 30s off alternating between KBS and Burpees, then
3 minute alternating Tabata rounds of KBS and Burpees
Every 90 sec for 5 sets (adding weight)
1 Strict Press + 1 Push Press + 3 Jerks
40 Russian KBS (2/1.5pd)
40 WallBalls (20/14lb)
