Run 800, then 2 rounds
10 Barbell Push press
10 Scap push-ups
Alternate between the following for 5 rounds
A1: 5 DB seated Strict Press, Rest :30 sec
A2: 8-10 Toes to Bar, rest 1:30
3 Tabata rounds with 1 extra minute rest between movements
1: Bottom to Bottom Air squats
2: Push-ups (no knee scaling)
3: Ab Matt Sit-ups
