Please post your goals for 2013! These should be S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) Goals, so "workout more" will not be good, but "workout 4 times a week through May would work.
20 Burpee Penalty will occur on MONDAY 1/14 for those who choose not to post their goals, 25 Tuesday, 3o Wednesday, etc until you post your goals.

Add 40# to deadlift, 15# to bench, 5# to strict press, squat once a week, and moisturize my cuticles. Moisturize the hell out of them.
