2013 GOALS

Please post your goals for 2013! These should be S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) Goals, so "workout more" will not be good, but "workout 4 times a week through May would work.

20 Burpee Penalty will occur on MONDAY 1/14  for those who choose not to post their goals, 25 Tuesday, 3o Wednesday, etc until you post your goals.

workout 4times a week.hold a handstand for 2min.only drink alcohol 2 times a week..pratice guitar at least 25 hours a week.compose a new record!!!be kind to the world!!!

I'd like to be able to do ten pullups without stopping and do Kipping pullups without feeling like a spaz. I'd also like to serve four aces in a row in my tennis game!

My goals are to improve flexibility so that I can squat lower. I would like to accomplish this by July. Another goal is to do 10 consecutive pull ups by july.

2. Get deadlift form down.
3. Remember to take my fish oil everyday.
4. Eat out less.
5. 3% reduction in body fat.

-I would like to stick with crossfit for all of 2013 and then some more
-I would also like to string together multiple kipping pullups and multiple double unders
