Put Health First and Be Kind
Continue working and improving on all Bodyweight Movements (pullups, pushups, T2B, dips etc)
Compete in the Open again and just compete more in general

Marcelle
1/3/2014 01:27:09 am

To make it a SMART goal:

Complete Whole Life Challenge again and make efforts to carry on habits on my own after it is completed
I will aim to do 1 or more T2B and pull-up by 2014
Compete in at least 5 competitions (either CF related or running) other than the open.

WB
1/2/2014 11:58:10 pm

My goal in 2014 is to improve my overall aerobic conditioning and stamina. In addition to normal WODs, I want to add a 5k row once a week and participate in no less than 3 10k or longer runs during the year.

Ninh
1/2/2014 11:58:42 pm

I accomplished most of my 2013 goals except for the 20 strict pullups and 5 muscle ups, so I’m moving them to my 2014 Goals. While not an original goal, I’m especially proud of doing the Wholelife Challenge where I lost six inches and began cooking Paleo meals.

2014 Goals:
- Perform twenty strict pullups by July
- Perform a muscle up by July
- Perform butterfly pull-ups by July
- Compete in a competition by EOY
- Incorporate OLY and other Crossfit classes into weekly
schedule
- Do the Wholelife challenge, again.

Rachel K
1/3/2014 12:13:26 am

My goals for 2014 are similar to 2013.

Get back to pre-knee surgery shape and achieve my maxes again. I hit my squat maxes again, but need to get my C&J and deadlift back.

Ideally I'd like to have a 130 C&J and re-achieve my 215# deadlift.

I'd also like to work on stringing more than 1 kipping pull-up :)

Also being more mindful of eating on a daily basis and not beat myself up for indulgences.

Rusty Barras
1/3/2014 12:18:33 am

I didn't hit my 2013 goals for Double Unders (not even close) or Muscle Ups (..but no cigar).

2014: 425# oly total (+18%), 50 DUs (ub)

Trooper
1/3/2014 12:19:27 am

My 2013 goal was one muscle up. Mission accomplished and more. 2014 goal is to improve flexibility and increase oly lifts, especially snatch.

Jackie
1/3/2014 01:55:33 am

Starting Dec 1 (Thanks to Julie's advise) I have been trying to do most of my workouts RX. Since I did not see much results with WLC, I am going to stick with the paleo diet and challenge myself in the wods, hopefully seeing better results for this new year.
Set goals:
- Kipping!
- 15 DU consecutive
- 5 T2B
- 5 pullups without band (I need my kipping)

We will see yall!!!!! :)

catherine j
1/3/2014 11:52:43 pm

string together at least 5 kipping pullups and at least 5 TTB (yes)
consistent chest to bar pullups (nope).

I wanted to get a muscle-up by the end of 2013. I did, but they're pretty ugly. I'd like to get them more consistently and with better form and be able to string together 3 by the end of 2014.

1/5/2014 08:19:03 am

Last year I wanted to get better at DUs, increase my back squat to #250, and get a MU without using false grip. Failed on the first two (though I'm not too far from the second one) and I was able to get a MU one time without the false grip.

For this year, I want 5 unbroken DUs by June 1, and a strict MU by 12/31/14.

angie brown
1/5/2014 08:33:09 am

Renee
