It is time for the 2018 goal post! You have until Monday, January 15th to comment to this blog post with a SMART Goal.
Last year we set hundreds of goals..lets check in and see how they went! If you set a goal last year, let us know if you made it!
Follow up by commenting your SMART goals for 2018. Whether you're hoping to gain a new skill, PR a lift or workout time, or just become more consistent with coming to the gym, let us know so we can help. Feel free to ask any of the coaches for help with goal-setting.
Acceptable Goal: "do 1 handstand push up by June 2018"
Unacceptable Goal: "come to the gym more often" - this does not work because it is not specific or measurable. You could say come to the gym 2 times a week for 6 months, and it would work!
Each day you have not commented with your goals, your penalty is as follows:
Monday 1/15 - No Goal = 10 burpees
Tuesday 1/16 - No Goal = 20 burpees
Wednesday 1/17 - No Goal = 30 burpees
Thursday 1/18 - No Goal = 40 burpees
Friday 1/19 - No Goal = 50 burpees
Unless your goal is to do 150 burpees next week, post a goal! It does not have to be crazy, it just has to be something!
