Odds :30 double under AMRAP
WOD: 7 sets from the rack. The first two sets are warm up, then build in the last five sets. First two sets are done on the minute, then the last 5 are done on the 3 minutes. One press plus three push presses, plus five push jerks with out dropping the bar (1+3+5) x 7
Cash out: 3 min max effort 6" burpees
Post: score for double under amrap, heaviest weight for the complex, and number of burpees
