Open gym from 10am-Noon Come stop by and work on a skill, stretch out or make up a WOD from this week. Quick Note from Rae: Powerlifting class at 10am on Sunday, workout's posted on the Powerlifting tab. If you're interested in other programming besides the Conjugate method, here's a great tool. It's a Google Spreadsheet (save a copy to your own docs so you can start modifying it) that goes through some of the famous strength programs. Input your squat, bench and deadlift numbers and see what rep schemes/weights you should be using if you were following those methods. It's like the Wendler spreadsheet some of us were using but on steroids (no pun intended). Something to play around with if you're not able to join class, or would like to try something different. Please let me know if you're attending class regularly and trying another program out on your own so I can help you time your workouts and recovery.
