Extra Credit:

Row 6 x 30 seconds intervals. Sprint as fast as possible.

8 X hill sprints (sprint up, jog down)
10 sec rest between sprints

Skill: squat clean


WOD

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

8 Sit-ups
10 Overhead Squats

WOD

In teams of 2 for 12 min
One team member runs 200 m with a medicine ball
other team member does kettlebell swings
team members switch after the 200 m run is completed
every minute both team members must stop what they are doing and complete 5 push-ups

score is determined by total amount of team kettlebell swings completed in 12 minutes
