Since Halloween is Sunday night and there is also an evening Saint's game, will there be anyone attending the 530am class or 630 am class?
If there is no opposition to it, I will cancel the Monday morning class and  do a Tuesday  530 and 630 am this week only  if there is interest in that..
I am proposing  Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 530 and 630 am this week only.

You have 15 minutes to complete a 1 rep max of a Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

THEN:
As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:
120lb/80lb Squat clean, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 double unders

Add together the best snatch , the best clean and jerk, and the total reps performed in the triplet for your  final score. Post score to comments.

Hey Everyone,

Yesterday, a neighbor was upset because someone had tossed his sprinkler into his bushes so they could park in front of his house.

Please be respectful and courteous to the neigbors as we would like to keep a friendly relationship with them. If at all possible, please park further down the street, leave parking for them.  Also, it is possible to park on Burthe St, right around the corner to the gym, and across Leake Ave on the gravel by the train tracks, there is an opening to the gravel about 2 blocks south of the gym.   Be careful not to block anyones driveway and to only take up one space.  Also try to smile, wave, or say hello whenever you can :-)

Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, Oklahoma, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash., died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device. Martin is survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber and Abi.
