Benny D's CD release party!!

Come out this Saturday, September 10th for Benny d's cd release party. He's a CF NOLA nooner and one genius of a guitar player. His singing debut came last year, and he will be performing at the Blue Nile this Saturday at 10pm. All crossfit nola members get in for free. Also, if you don't think Coach Mollie exists, she will be making a comeback that evening, so everyone come out for a great time!

Benny, I think you should bring Mollie out by singing "guess who's back, back again ..."

And Mollie can shake it as she gets on stage!
