Mollie's Birthday is this coming Monday, March 21st. Not only will everyone be doing the "FILTHY FORTY", but we will be having a Saturday celebration (March 19th).
After the Saturday morning WOD (10am) and sectional WoD (11am), we will be meeting from noonish until dark on the fly in Audubon Park for a day of food and beverages and hanging out with all the awesome people at Crossfit NOLA and musicians of the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra!! If there are people not competing in sectionals that would like to go find a choice spot to reserve for us, let me know! Jack will be practicing his bbq'ing skills for his competition the following weekend so I'm excited that we will have some experienced cooks out there! Please bring whatever meat and other munchies, beverages and such you would like, along with any frisbees, twister boards, grills (seriously..not sure if there are grills out there?) , pinatas and such!! If you guys don't mind, either sign up in the comments, or let us know if you will be attending and what you might be bringing... I'd really just like this to be a fun time where we hang out outside the gym... Basically there are no set details, and all suggestions are welcome! If you have a game you've been dying to play, I'm up for it! Total craziness is accepted!

Since I'm not nearly as good looking as Elizabeth, I'll bring some meat for the grill and veggies. Also a friend from CA who thinks CF or me or both are nuts. So let's not disillusion her, shall we.

I'll bring some meat (like burgers and chicken), almond butter (tastes amazing on top of the burgers), and some fruit! I hear we get a paleo pass for Mollie's birthday!
