2015 Goal Setting
2015 is right around the corner! Every year we REQUIRE all members of CrossFit NOLA to make a fitness related goal and post it for everyone to see. This is the 2015 version for New Year's Resolutions and Goals! You have one week to complete this task without penalty!
Please post a goal to the comments of this post. Specifically a fitness goal that is S.M.A.R.T. (described below)
If you posted last year, comment on the status of your 2014 goal as well!
For example: I want to be able to do 2 pull ups by the end of 2015.
Please post a S.M.A.R.T., fitness related goal to the comments. Penalties for not posting to the comments are as follows:
Monday 1/5: 10 Burpees
Tuesday 1/6: 20 Burpees
Wednesday 1/7: 30 Burpees
Thursday 1/8: 40 Burpees
Friday 1/9: 50 Burpees
