Hi All!
I just wanted to say what great progress all of you are making! I'm really enjoying being back!!! (this is Mollie :) For those of you participating in Fight Gone Bad 5, the location for the event has been announced. It will be September 25th, 8am to 11 am at the USS KIDD, next to War Memorial, downtown Baton Rouge 305 S. River Rd. Baton Rouge, LA 70802 (225) 342-1942 It has also been announced a group from BR will be going to eat sushi/japanese food on the 6th floor terrace of Tsunami following the event. If you are interested, please contact erin@redstickcrossfit.com for more details. They need to get a head count and level/division for the FGB so they can divide up heats. They will run 10 people at a time. 2 at each station...30 athletes an hour. Those of you who are still interested in going need to sign up! Please keep fundraising!
