Dr. Ben Dichiara (a member of our 530am class) is a sports chiropractor who will speak on Saturday about improving your performance through injury prevention.
He'll be touching on topics such as diet, nutrition and mobility. Come Saturday at 11 to hear all about it, or come do the team wod at 10am and stay after for the short seminar!
