It's that time again where we are having to enforce some rules.
There will be a 25 burpee penalty for not signing in this week. With our large class sizes, we really need you to sign in. If the class is full, sign up for another class. Most of you are very good about this, but we have a few repeat offenders.
Please put your equipment away when you are done with it. This includes weights, bands, ab mats, and wall balls.
Please try to place your kettlebell in their proper weight category. We try to keep things organized and easy for the next member to find.
Do not leave your paper drinking cups laying around the gym. Please throw them in the garbage pail sitting directly next to the water machine or in one of the garbage cans in the gym. Help your coaches spend more time coaching, not picking up trash or organizing equipment.
Keep the chalk in the bucket. If you have excess chalk on your hands, don't clap wildly around the gym. Shake it off in the bucket unless you enjoy vacuuming in your spare time.
There are a few lost and found items in the office. Please get them! We have been throwing water bottles away that have been there more than a week. If you think you have lost one, please check the kitchen sink in the office.
