Warm Up:
400m run 2 rounds 7 double unders 10 burpees 5 dead hang pullups WOD Complete as many repetitions as possible of second skill in a total of 3 minutes. You must complete first exercise to count reps of second skill. Ex. Run 400m. If you finish in 2 minutes, you have 1 minute to do as many pushups as possible. rest 3 minutes after each round. The total workout will take 21 minutes. Count reps of all 4 skills and get total.
