3 rounds: 10 OHS 10 Pull up 10 back extension 10 sit up Team WOD Teams of 2 3 x 5 min rounds One team member holds and the other works Round 1: Hold: Handstand Work: Push-up Round2: Hold: L-sit (Parallets, Rings or pull-up bar) Work: Sit up Round 3: Hold: Wall Sit Work: Squats Score is based on number of work reps completed. Only reps completed while partner is holding will count
