Hmmm...goals, get back to 4 days a week Crossfitting, not sure if that is a realistic goal for one month. But by August 15th for sure! Get back to a good paleo diet by the 15th of July, if not sooner, with one cheat day a week after two weeks of no cheats! And as for a skill to master...um, running, but not sure what an appropriate goal should be or even how to achieve it once I set it. Must chat with Jeff/Charles about that!
