First powerlifting class is tomorrow, Tuesday, August 9th at 7:30pm. Check out the workout posted here.
Weekly schedule: T/Th at 7:30pm-8:30pm, Sat at 8:45am, Sun during open gym (usually 11am).
Don't forget to sign up for classes.
Wear flat shoes. Long socks are a good idea if you're wary of shin scrapes.
